Henco Ventures
Henco Ventures builds and operates data-driven websites, local business platforms, and public record intelligence tools. We have aggregated one of the largest public record datasets in the country, and we apply the same discipline to every property we run, from a national data platform to a neighborhood storefront.
What we do
Data aggregation
We collect public construction records straight from the source: municipal building departments, county clerks, state open data portals, and records requests where nothing is online. Permits, certificates of occupancy, parcels, and contractor licenses arrive in thousands of formats; we clean them, normalize the addresses, and structure everything into one schema.
The result is one of the largest independent public record datasets in the country, sourced from more than 2,200 jurisdictions across 48 states. It powers our own products and is licensed to data companies, analytics teams, and marketplaces through DataJackpot.
Web development
Everything we run is designed, built, and operated in house: a contractor marketplace on Proven Pros, a browser strategy game at Market Man, booking and leasing sites for local businesses, and the data platform itself. The same standard applies whether the client is a national data buyer or a nail studio in Rye.
Design
Every property starts from real references and a written quality bar. One direction, executed with restraint: type, spacing, and hierarchy before decoration.
Build
Modern web stack, built in house: React and Next.js frontends, Postgres backends, and data pipelines that feed the products directly. No agencies, no handoffs.
Operate
We run what we ship: hosting, monitoring, search indexing, and iteration after launch. A site is a living product, not a deliverable.
